Drawserv (formerly Findlan Inspection) is the mobile app for inspectors who verify construction-loan draws in the field. Review your assignments, capture site photos, and submit from anywhere.

Getting access

The app is for approved inspectors only and has no public sign-up. Accounts are created and assigned by the lending or inspection-management organization you work with. If you need access, contact your administrator.

Common questions

• Is Drawserv down? Check the Drawserv status page for current availability, incident updates, and scheduled maintenance.
• Can’t sign in? Confirm you’re using the email your organization set up. Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to reset it.
• Camera or photos not working? Grant permission in iOS Settings › Drawserv › Camera and Photos.
• Map can’t find your location? Enable Location in iOS Settings › Drawserv › Location.
• Submitting an inspection. Open a pending job, tap Begin inspection, capture your photos, then Review and Submit. A bill is created automatically on the Billing tab.
