The terms that govern use of the Findlan platform, including text notifications.
Findlan Inc. (“Findlan,” “we,” “us”) provides a construction loan management platform: project underwriting, budgets, draw requests, inspections, electronic signatures, and related notifications. By using the platform — including by opening a signing link we send you — you accept these terms.
Accounts and accuracy
Accounts are approved for people participating in a Findlan-managed project. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and your contact details current. Information you submit through the platform — draw amounts, certifications, signatures — becomes part of the loan record, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
Electronic signatures
The platform collects signatures electronically for documents such as draw approvals and lien waivers. Signing electronically has the same effect as signing on paper, and each signature is recorded with the signer, time, and document content as an audit record.
Text messaging terms
Findlan project notifications are transactional text messages sent when an action on one of your projects needs your attention (for example, a draw approval or a lien waiver signature), to people who provided a mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Message frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@findlanassociates.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy describes how phone numbers are handled — they are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the platform: no unauthorized access, no interfering with its operation, and no submitting information you know to be false. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided as-is for managing construction lending workflows. Findlan is not responsible for decisions lenders or stakeholders make based on platform content, and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the service.
